Which is the best connection provider for Malaysian Rapidshare users?
TeliaSonera
Cogent
Deutsche Telekom
GlobalCrossing
Teleglobe
Idk exactly, but I vote for TeliaSonera. I've tried most of them and none gave me a constant download speed above ~100Kbps except TeliaSonera. Maybe the others are over crowded by other country users. 
*for premium account, of course.
