I've upgraded my VPS memory from 64Mb to 128Mb but I still have problem installing webmin. Will post the update later....
Currently I'm a bit busy with my damn-boring-real-life. The stupid course registration system is having so-many-'tarded-problems. I have to "deal" with all the problems on my own. hehe~
